OK, this is for
everyone who's ever tried to lose weight by exercising a lot and
using your willpower to just reduce the amount of food you eat. Let
me tell you about how I got to where I am.
Lots of times in the past, if I wouldn't count my calories, I would go for weeks without end without any progress. Now, I think I know what the problem was: those extra carbs in energy drinks really cut the efficiency of my diet. So, instead of using energy drinks and cutting out some of my food, I switched to fedramine.
I took the pills as directed and I felt like I could fall down, I was so jittery and weak. My appetite actually increased since these pills had a stimulating effect on me. I don't know if it's just me that's been affected this way by fedramine, but if you have had a problem with it like me, I suggest the following:
My doctor recommended that I give Phentermine or Phentramin-D a try. He said I could finally eat normally because the weight loss pills I had been consuming before had messed up my system. I felt a lot calmer after I switched and now I have the energy to go and work out if I need to, but I don't feel jittery all the time. Best of all, when I've had enough to eat my body knows it and no more food even tastes good. Phentermine diet pills worked the best for me, but it's all about your specific chemistry. You can get a sample of either one to see which one you like better!
